We started the project by asking:
How can we deepen the connection between pet owners and their pets?

After conducting market research and interviews with 30 pet owners,
we discovered that while daily feeding is often seen as a routine chore,
it also presents a valuable opportunity to create a meaningful ritual and strengthen the bond between owners and their pets.
To foster a ritualistic feeding experience, we designed a series of
interactive, multi-sensory dinnerware pieces.

Used 3D printing to prototype and assess proportion and scale before transitioning to production with final materials.

The tray is made from Corian, a non-porous material that is often found in kitchen countertop for its exceptional hygienic properties.
It also offers a wide range of patterns and finishes, allowing for further customization.

The final exhibition display was inspired by shelving system found in upscale restaurants, emphasizing a refined and curated presentation.
